Dance stars Academy is a Torfaen based dance school that teaches a variety of dance styles for all ages and abilities. We often take part in local events and competitions and hold our own annual theatre shows.
I have been dancing and performing since the age of three. After leaving school I completed a Btec in performing arts at Cross keys college and then went on to Manchester University where I studied Physical Theatre and Dance. I am trained in many different styles including Jazz, Street, Cheerleading, Ballet, Tap, Modern, Salsa, Contemporary and now Zumba fitness. I have also taught dance at GCSE level, teaching both dance and dance theory in schools for educational purposes to children aged 11-16 years.
